I wrote the initial guitar line during bath time with my two little ones early last year. Sitting, playing as they played in the tub. I made a phone recording and discovered it later on.. I made this song in the Garage summer of 2019. This was the first in experimenting with voice recording additions. I captured the conversation with Edward in 2009 at The Bog in Scranton, PA. Edward was a door man at a hotel in the city and would usually finish his shift and stop by the bar on his walk home. I always enjoyed my chats with him. Especially after a cognac or two. Here, he bums a smoke only to pay us back with a bit of wisdom. He has since passed. I like to think he'll live on here amongst many other worldly places. Thanks for sharing the knowledge, Edward. This ones for you.

Sounds :

Guitar: Sure 57 mic on 60's Kay parlor. I down tuned the top two strings of the Kay and plugged in direct using a sub effect for the bass tones.

Organ: Sure 57 on 70's Magnus electric air chord organ
